Dr. Don, The Juggling Minstrel

This workshop is designed for middle-aged and older jugglers who hope to still be
in love with moving, flowing, and manipulating objects way into their twilight
years. This workshop is about mentally exploring what you are moving towards in
your juggling and adapting to changing responsibilities in life and the aging of
your body. (Leave your props on the floor, we won’t be using them.) The
workshop leader (That’s me, Dr. Don, The Juggling Minstrel.) will lead participants
in self-evaluations of where they want to go with juggling, what it means to them,
how they practice/play, and the content of their “final act” (how their bodies will
move and the props will dance around when different body parts become
challenged or don’t work like they used to).
