IJA World Joggling Championships

IJA is once again hosting the IJA World Joggling Championships, and submissions for Joggling will remain virtual this year. Get ready to give your body and brain an amazing workout with this competition that exercises all four limbs simultaneously!

The 2022 IJA World Joggling Championships will take place virtually this year via your very cool video submissions!   The competition will take place over two different date ranges: Block A from April 1 through May 15, and Block B from June 1 through July 15.

IJA World Joggling Championships, Block A

Time Range: April 1 – May 15 (submission deadline at 11:59pm GMT on May 15)

  • 3-ball 100m
  • 3-ball 400m
  • 3-ball 1600m
  • 4-ball 400m
  • 5-ball 100m

IJA World Joggling Championships, Block B

Time Range: June 1 – July 15 (submission deadline at 11:59pm GMT on July 15)

  • 3-ball 200m
  • 3-ball 800m
  • 4-ball 100m
  • 5-ball 200m
  • 7-ball 100m

Note: Any prop with the correct quantity for the event can be used — clubs, rings, footballs, etc.
