The Weave, which is the Mills Mess hand path, is probably one of the movements that made many object manipulation styles what it is now. In this short class we will explore the often neglected beauty of the weave and all it’s aspects. This class is open to all level as well as all props. The goal mainly being to broaden our comprehension of one movement rather than mastering it.
